Refund Policy for NETWO Conterence
Northeast Texas Writers’ Organization (NETWO) will use the following refund policy for those registering and paying for the annual
writer’s conference early.
- If cancellation is made at least 30 days before the opening day of the conference, a full refund of all conference fees will be made.
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days but at least 10 days before the opening day of the conference,
a full refund of all conference fees will be made, less a $10 administrative fee.**
- If cancellation is made less than 10 days but at least 2 days before the opening day of the conference,
a full refund of conference fees will be made, less $25 (a $10 administrative fee and a $15 charge for food services).**
- If cancellation is made less than 2 days before the opening day of the conference, a refund of one-half of
the registration fee will be made.** No refund will be made for the Friday workshop or the awards dinner, if those had been included.
** Note: if a writing sample has been sent to an publisher, editor or an agent, conference fee will not be refunded. In this case, comments by the publisher, editor or agent, if any, will be forwarded to the author.
Notice of cancellation and a request for a refund must be made to NETWO either by telephone or by an e-mail sent to NETWO. The date of
cancellation will be the date NETWO receives the telephone call or the e-mail.
